  • Can I combine different sizes of photos?
    • You can only combine sizes if you order full packs of each size.
  • Can I pay in cash on delivery?
    • We are sorry, we only accept card payments.
  • Which formats are suitable for photo upload?
    • The ideal format is good-quality JPG in rgb; you can crop and edit the photo easily during the order. You can use standard photos from your phone or camera; there is no need to edit them in advance.
    • We download Instagram photos in the best quality available (1080px).
  • How can I cancel my order?
    • If you haven't paid yet, simply ignore our robot and don't make the payment. The order will be cancelled automatically.
  • Can I use an invoice for a company order?
    • Yes. Simply select the "Company receipt" option in your order. You can also contact us at and we will try to meet your special request.
  • How can I use a gift voucher?
