Current Delivery Times due to COVID-19

Short info about current situation: we are still printing and delivering your photo products internationally, although we experience minor delivery delays. We monitor the issue carefully and are ready to answer any questions you may have. Your Squared.one crew ❤️️

UPDATE: Please note that due to COVID-19 outbreak, your parcel may require more time to be delivered. We have to wait 30 business days to reclaim the package and send it again. Please be patient, we are doing everyting we can to delivere your order in the shortest time possible. Thank you for your patience.

➡️ TIP ➡️ if you hurry with your order and need it as soon as possible - please choose FedEx Priority shipping. That takes usually just 2-3 business days. ✔️

We are situated in Prague, Czech republic in Europe where we face several border restrictions in the EU and also worldwide. This may cause a delay for your order, however we are still operating in standard mode without restrictions = you can still print anything from our shop. Just be patient, the delivery time might take more than expected and if you are in a rush - always go for FedEx priority shipping (that takes just 2-3 business days). 

Worldwide delivery

Some carriers are experiencing delays due to border restricitons and transport limitations in the EU and worldwide. Please note that in these times we have to wait 30 business to apply for a claim to the carrier. After this period we will reprint your order and send it again or arrange a refund.

  • Expect significant and unpredictable delays due to limited delivery options (read more)

    • Experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. (read more)

      UNITED KINGDOM

      • There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. (read more)

      💡 According to the Ministry of Health, the mail does not spread the virus. Since the delivery of food is not considered risky, you do not have to worry about photos. Those cautious can leave the shipment unwrapped for a while;)


      Hygiene standards in production

      We follow standard hygiene measures. We print all products with gloves, disinfect work aids and prevent third-party access to workplaces.

      We continually check the health of employees and follow official recommendations of the World Health Organization and other sources.
