Are you wondering what the differences are between printing on canvas and forex board? What are the advantages and disadvantages to each option? Find out which form of wall art is best for you with our review.
Printing large format photographs in the form of wall art has become increasingly popular. Most people opt to print their photographs on larger size photo paper, which they then frame. But many other options will make your wall art look even better and professional. These include printing photos on a sturdy base (such as forex) or printing on photo canvas.
Photos on canvas became popular because there was an interest in getting as close as possible to classical paintings, which were historically done on canvas. Canvas prints are a much cheaper substitute for a painted piece of art.
Our photo canvases are printed on matte Oeko-Tex polycotton canvas using the highest quality technology. This ensures above-average durability that does not crack at the bends when attaching to the frame, along with vibrant colors. We keep your photo whole, cloning the photo at the edges to avoid cropping.
You can choose from 4 size options for canvas prints: 7.8×7.8″, 7.8×11.8″, 11.8×11.8″, 11.8×17.8.″
This method takes top quality photographs, prints them on photographic paper, and attaches them to a solid backing, preventing any damage or wrinkling. The base is very thin, making it easy to hang or stick to any wall.
A photo is printed and glued to a 5mm-thick forex plastic board. Choose between a black or white board and whether the photo is printed across the entire board or has a frame around it. On the back, you will find a hook for hanging and wall adhesives for simple installation. You can also have the print framed, with the choice of wood or aluminum frames.
Printed on semi-matte photo paper available in 6 sizes:6×6″, 6×8.3″, 8.3×8.3″, 8.3×11.8″, 11.8×11.8″, 11.8×17.7.″
