Printing regularly pays off

You order photos
You choose photos, a photo book or a gift and pay for the order.
- Step 2
We add your credit
We add at least 5% of the price of your photo products. The credit waits for 14 days because you can still change or cancel the order.
- Step 3
Next time you pay a little less
After 14 days the credit is ready to use. Apply it in your cart with your next order.
How much it is
How much you get back from a $100 order
$5is what we add at the Member level, where everyone starts. It is calculated from the price of eligible products after discounts and any credit used, excluding shipping.
Example: how the credit is applied
If you had more than $40 in credit, the rest would stay for your next order. Credit cannot be used for shipping or fees.
- Credit is valid for 18 months from the moment it is released. You can see the nearest expiry date in your account after signing in.
- How much of each order you get back depends on your club level. The levels are listed below.

The percentage is calculated from the price of photo products in the order. Your level is based on orders from the last 15 months, so it can also go down. You can see your current level in your account after signing in.
For existing customers
Have you ordered from us before?
You will not lose the credit for your past orders. Sign in, or create an account with the email you used for your previous order, and after accepting the club terms the credit will appear in your account. You can use it right away.
We will show you how much it is after you sign in and verify your email.
Invitations
Invite a friend and we reward you both
You will find your invitation link in your account. When the invited friend pays for their first eligible order, you both receive a reward. Your friend gets the credit right after payment and can spend it on their next purchase. We release your reward after 14 days.
You cannot use the invitation for your own account.

What people ask most often
Where do I find my credit?
In your profile, in the Club section. You will see the credit ready to use, the credit that is still pending, and the nearest expiry date.
Why can't I use the credit right away?
The order can still be changed or cancelled. That is why the credit is released after 14 days.
Can I pay for shipping with credit?
We apply valid vouchers, coupons and other discounts first. Credit can then cover at most half of the remaining price of eligible products. You pay shipping and fees as usual.
How do I reach a higher level?
Based on the total value of your orders in the last 15 months. The number of orders does not matter. Because only the last 15 months count, your level can also go down.
How long is the credit valid?
18 months from the moment it is released. You will find the nearest expiry date in the club.
Can I have the credit paid out?
No. Credit is not cash or a voucher, so it cannot be paid out in money or transferred to another account.
What happens if I cancel or file a complaint?
The credit from that order is cancelled or adjusted. The credit you applied to the order is returned to you and ready to use again.
Do I earn credit on the part I pay with credit?
We calculate new credit from the price of eligible products after discounts and any credit used. Buying a gift voucher does not create new credit, but you can use a valid voucher on products together with credit.
Do I have to agree to marketing?
No. Joining the club and using credit do not depend on consent to marketing.
Will the gift recipient see my credit?
No. With a gift order, the recipient does not see your club account, balance or order history.
