You can order without registering. Just fill in all of your contact information in the shopping cart and we will automatically set up an account for you and send your username to your email. Still, we recommend that you create an account straight away, so you can save your project and finish it later. Register now.

If you forgot your password and cannot login to your account click “Forgot your password?” underneath the login form and enter your email address. We will send you a link to reset it. If you signed up through Facebook or Instagram, you will not need a password.

You can change your password this way too.

To merge accounts registered with different email addresses, please contact us.

For two accounts registered under one email address we will merge these automatically and you will receive a new password to access your merged account. You can then change it.

To change your email address, other registration data or your shipping address, simply access your profile and make the changes.

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. We use your data only to create your order and improve our services. You can find out all about the protection of personal data here: Privacy policy.

We handle personal data (including uploaded photos) according to our Privacy policy, specifically paragraph 3 - Processing time of personal data.

Your customer account can also be accessed by loging into your Instagram or Facebook account. In this case, you will not have to fill in some of your information manually and we will collect your personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, profile photo) directly from the social networks, which is necessary to properly create your customer account.
